Absolutely not. Technology can make your experience seem local. Whether it is via phone, Skype or email, we are open to any communication methods that you are comfortable with. Most of our clients are not local, but if you are, then we encourage a face-to-face meeting for the most personal experience.
We typically send our clients a PDF presentation displaying two or three design options during the initial phase. The designs will be shown on a variety of formats and contexts to give you of how the brand identity adapts across different applications. After selection of one of the design options, we provide three rounds of revisions free of charge.
